PunchIt Digital Refund Policy

At PunchIt Digital, we deal in non-tangible, irrevocable digital assets.

• Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital content (AI Prompts, Video Courses, Templates), all sales are final. Once the download link is provided or the file is accessed, no refunds will be issued.

• Domain Names: Domain name transfers involve permanent registry changes. Once a transfer authorization code is sent or the push process is initiated, the transaction is non-refundable.

• Exceptions: We only offer a refund if:

  1. A technical defect prevents access to a digital product and our support team cannot resolve it within 72 hours.

  2. A duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch on the payment gateway.
